Sign and fill PDF

1. Choose one PDF up to 20 MiB and 200 pages. If it is a form, its fields appear on the pages and in the Form fields list.
2. Fill in the fields. Text, checkboxes, choices and lists can be filled on the page or in the list, which also shows radio buttons.
3. Press Signature and draw, type or upload your signature, then tap the page where it should go. Tap an empty signature box to fit your signature into it. Initials, Text, Date and Checkmark work the same way.
4. Press Sign and download to get a new file, such as contract_signed.pdf. Use Preview result to check it before you send it.

Drawn and typed signatures are saved in the PDF as sharp vector shapes. An uploaded photo or scan has its paper background removed and is added as a transparent image.

A signature is kept only while the page is open. Tick Remember on this device to keep it in this browser for next time; Forget removes it.

Lock the form is on by default: the values become part of the page so they can't be changed later. Turn it off to send a form that others still need to fill.

Forms that calculate totals with scripts are filled, but the calculations don't run here, so check any totals. XFA-only forms aren't supported for filling, but you can still place a signature, text and dates on their pages.

This tool adds a visible signature, like signing a printed page. It does not add a certificate-based signature such as E-IMZO. If the PDF already carries a certificate signature, saving changes breaks it, so the tool asks you to confirm first.

The PDF is signed in your browser and is not uploaded. Nothing is saved unless you choose to remember your signature: files are cleared when you clear them, leave the page or change language, so download the result first.

The site downloads application code and may record a basic tool view or successful use. Third-party analytics and session replay stay disabled for this page session. Entering from another page may reload once to start that private session.
